Publication Guideline for Magazine Papers

The publication is not an open access repository (valid from January 2017).

Each magazine issue (valid from April 2013) contains a maximum of thirty-nine (39) articles.

Submitting the same paper multiple times with different journal submissions will be rejected (valid from January 2017).

The title of the paper, the author and the names of the respective authors should be identical to the submitted paper and the submission system (valid from January 2017).

Each paper should only have one (1) corresponding author and cannot be changed (valid from April 2013).

If a plagiarism issue is identified, all authors, including their respective authors, will not be able to submit articles to our journal for three years.

The paper is removed even though it has already been published. This will be noted on the homepage (valid from April 2013).

If a duplicate submission is found, all authors, including the corresponding authors, will not be able to submit articles in our journal for three years.

Only articles containing simulation, implementation, case study, or other evidence of research progress will be published.

Ideal paper can be published after the editorial staff has given permission after reviewing the paper (valid from April 2013).

Contributions from one country may not exceed 60% in each magazine issue. It is based on the nationality of the first author (valid from July 2014).

Regardless of role and order, only one (1) article by the same author can be included in each issue (valid from July 2014).

SERSC DOES NOT ALLOW ANY AGENT FROM CHINA to collect papers for our magazines on our behalf. SERSC has standard procedures for the publication of the submitted contributions.

Our journal offers professionals from science and industry the opportunity to discuss the latest advances in control and automation.

To bridge the gap between users who do not have access to critical databases for which every article downloaded should be paid for; This online publication platform is open to all readers as part of our commitment to the global scientific society.
