4. Submission Policy & Editorial Process

• Originality: Articles must report original, unpublished experimental or theoretical research.
• Exclusivity: Manuscripts must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere.
• Peer Review: All submissions undergo a rigorous double-blind international peer-review process.

  • Timeline: Initial review takes approximately 2 to 4 months after submission.

  • Outcome: Reviewers' recommendations determine acceptance (as-is, subject to minor/major revisions, or rejection).

• Editorial Authority: The Editor-in-Chief reserves the right to reject any manuscript and to request revisions before publication.
• Final Decision: For papers requiring revision, the same reviewers typically assess the revised version to ensure quality.

5. Submission Instructions

• Format for Submission: Submit an editable file in .doc or .pdf format via email.
• Content: Full-text papers must include results, tables, figures, and references. All graphical elements should be embedded within the file.
• Final Submission: Upon acceptance, the final version of the paper (.doc or .pdf) along with a signed Copyright Transfer Form must be submitted by email.

Upon acceptance of a manuscript for publication, the author or their institution is required to pay a publication fee.
